Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VARS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

VARS provides recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition services including but not limited to: strategic recruitment, staff augmentation, managed talent services, and workforce solutions. Our services connect qualified candidates with employers seeking talent.

For Candidates

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application and resume.
• You authorize VARS to share your information with potential employers for job matching purposes.
• You understand that submission does not guarantee placement or employment.
• You agree to notify VARS promptly of any changes to your availability or contact information.
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or eligibility to work.

For Clients

• Client agrees to provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
• Fees and payment terms will be outlined in separate service agreements.
• Client agrees not to directly contact or hire candidates presented by VARS without going through VARS, unless otherwise agreed.
• Replacement guarantees and refund policies are subject to individual service agreements.
• Client is responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VARS website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VARS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes candidate information, client requirements, fee structures, and business processes.

Limitation of Liability

VARS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or candidate performance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to solicit or hire VARS employees or contractors for a period of 12 months following engagement. Candidates presented by VARS remain exclusive referrals for 12 months from presentation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations and any outstanding payment obligations shall survive.
